Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC, seeks a full-time CRNA Education faculty to lead the GCMG Medical Education - CRNA Education program. The role covers didactic lectures, simulation-based training, and guidance for student Scholarly Projects across the curriculum.

The ideal candidate holds NC CRNA licensure with AANA certification, a Doctorate (PhD) and at least 3 years of CRNA practice, and will collaborate with program staff to advance education in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in North Carolina is required.
• Certification as CRNA and credentialing within Atrium Health facilities.
• Practice Doctorate (PhD) required; minimum 3 years CRNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead courses, manage curriculum, assess learning outcomes and deliver didactic content.
• Design and implement simulation-based educational training.
• Guide student Scholarly Projects and conduct summative conferences.
• Advise assigned students; coordinate didactic and simulation schedules.
• Develop exams and mentor students in clinical areas.
