Qualifications

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Minnesota.
• Certification by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or Board eligible if new hire.
• Fulfill credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer safe analgesia and anesthesia under supervision.
• Provide resuscitation services throughout the hospital.
• Demonstrate an awareness of the objectives of PNHS.

Skills

Effective communication skills

Knowledge of age-related growth and development

BLS provider status

Education

Graduate from a School of Nursing

Graduate from a School of Anesthesia

Master’s degree in anesthesia or related-field preferred
