Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a Kansas health system near Kansas City in recruiting a CRNA Clinical Director. You will lead the anesthesia program, partner with the CMO, and supervise scheduling, education, and medical staff committees.

The role offers independent practice with no surgeon supervision and a strong leadership track, handling ~250 monthly cases across multiple ORs and labs. Competitive pay, bonuses, relocation, and CME support are included.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas-licensed CRNA with current certification.
• Experience leading anesthesia teams and scheduling.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the anesthesia department alongside the CMO, including staff scheduling, education, and medical staff committee participation.
• Practice independently with no anesthesiologist supervision across inpatient and outpatient care.
• Manage daily operations with predictable hours and dedicated administrative leadership time.
• Oversee case management for ~250 cases per month across 3 ORs, 2 GI labs and 2 procedure rooms.
