Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is representing a health system in central Kansas seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to lead the service line in a 33-bed community hospital. The role offers a hands-on, single-room leadership position with a small team of one Anesthesiologist and two CRNAs, focusing on regional blocks and a mix of orthopedics, general surgery, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, and podiatry.

Outpatient pain clinic optional up to 2 days weekly with room to grow the service line.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Anesthesiologist required.
• Willingness to lead a service line and collaborate with CRNAs.
• Experienced candidates; new graduates with leadership interest considered.

Responsibilities

• Run your own OR room and lead the service line.
• Collaborate with a team of 1 Anesthesiologist and 2 CRNAs.
• Provide mostly orthopedics and regional blocks with some general/OB-GYN cases.
