• Serve as clinical expert and resource for CRNAs on anesthesia practice and complex cases.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and workflow in perioperative services.
• Lead quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, and safety event reviews.
• Coordinate CRNA orientation, mentorship, and competency validation.
