Qualifications

• Current Kansas CRNA license and compliance with licensure requirements.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a clinical expert guiding CRNAs in anesthesia practice and complex cases.
• Oversee daily CRNA operations, staffing, and workflow.
• Lead orientation, mentorship, and SRNA program liaison activities.
• Support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance including Joint Commission readiness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and efficiency.
