Job summary

UAB Medicine in Alabama seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for varied surgical procedures and diagnostic tests. You will also participate in teaching nurse anesthesia students.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, current APN/CRNA certification, and ACLS/BLS/PALS certification. The compensation includes a pay range of $185,000.00–$248,986.00 per year and a $45,000 new hire

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• APN with CRNA Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
