Job summary

UAB Medicine in Alabama seeks a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests, including cardio-thoracic cases and cardiac catheterizations. You will participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.

Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program; APN with CRNA certification required by the Alabama Board of Nursing. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
• APN with CRNA Specialty certified by the Alabama Board of Nursing is required.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required.
