Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a qualified anesthesia care provider to join the AMG Condell - Anesthesiology team. The role involves delivering anesthesia services across general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care with collaboration from the surgical team.

Responsibilities include preoperative evaluation, equipment readiness, induction and maintenance of anesthesia, and post-anesthesia care with emphasis on safety and quality metrics. Illinois license and APRN/CRNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high level of clinical proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Proficiency with the electronic medical record (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care including induction, maintenance, and emergence.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the healthcare team.
• Ensure readiness of equipment, supplies, and medications for planned anesthetics.
• Deliver post-anesthesia care and epidural or other analgesia as needed.
• Manage emergencies with airway management and ACLS as required.
