Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) located in New Haven, CT. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia for surgery, obstetric, and diagnostic procedures, providing care before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The CRNA will collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. They will also be responsible for monitoring patients, managing pain, and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Anesthesiology and General Anesthesia
  • Strong background in Nursing and Medicine
  • Experience in Surgery and preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field, and current CRNA certification
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
