CommonSpirit Health is recruiting a CRNA to join Midtown Anesthesia Group for CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs in Arkansas.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with two 12-hour shifts per week and no weekend requirements, integrating with a high-performing regional health system. The successful candidate will be licensed as RN and APRN in Arkansas, a graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program, NBCRNA certified by start date, and hold BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN license in Arkansas.
• Graduate of nurse anesthesia program accredited by COA or predecessor.
• Certified by NBCRNA by date of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe anesthetic care for assigned patients.
• Promote teamwork with OR personnel, physicians and departments.
• Work with Midtown Anesthesia Group in partnership with CHI St. Vincent Health.
• Schedule: two 12-hour shifts per week; OB experience is a plus.

Every day, you will provide a safe anesthetic experience for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending provider. You will also promote teamwork with Operating Room personnel, physicians, and other departments.

To be successful in your role, you will demonstrate exceptional expertise in anesthesia administration and management, ensure rigorous adherence to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices, and proactively foster teamwork within the Operating Room and across departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations.

• Working with a wide variety of cases, *OB experience is a plus*.
