Job summary

Midtown Anesthesia Group, in partnership with CHI St. Vincent Health, is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs. The role supports a highly experienced team and offers a competitive compensation package with incentives and a sign-on bonus.

We support a flexible part-time schedule with two 12-hour shifts per week and no weekend requirements. OB experience is a plus as you join a leading regional healthcare system in southwest Arkansas.

Qualifications

• RN and APRN licenses in Arkansas required
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certifed by NBCRNA by date of hire
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe anesthetic experience for assigned patients under attending guidance
• Promote teamwork with OR personnel, physicians, and other departments

Every day, you will provide a safe anesthetic experience for assigned patients under the guidance of the attending provider. You will also promote teamwork with Operating Room personnel, physicians, and other departments.

To be successful in your role, you will demonstrate exceptional expertise in anesthesia administration and management, ensure rigorous adherence to Surgical Standards and Recommended Practices, and proactively foster teamwork within the Operating Room and across departments to achieve optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations.

• Flexible Part-Time Schedule: Working two 12-hour shifts per week
• Working with a wide variety of cases, OB experience is a plus.
• No Weekends required.

Job Requirements

Required

• Active RN and APRN (CRNA) License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
• Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists by date of hire
• BLS, ACLS certifications
