Fort HealthCare in Wisconsin seeks a CRNA to join our anesthesia group to administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics.

Schedule is 0.8 FTE with shifts starting at 6:30 a.m. until the end of surgery; requires graduate nurse anesthesia program, current CRNA certification and Wisconsin RN license with APNP prescriptive authority; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
• Current CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification for Nurse Anesthetists.
• Current Wisconsin RN license and APNP prescriptive authority compliance.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP recognition per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for all ages.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to plan perioperative care.
• Schedule: 0.8 FTE from 6:30 a.m. until end of surgery and on-call as required.

Job description

Fort HealthCare is seeking a CRNA to join our CRNA group to administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia care to all types of patients, including infants, children, adolescents, and adults (including geriatrics) as requested by the attending physician within the realm of their credentials.

Schedule:
0.8 FTE
6:30 a.m. until end of surgery

Requirements: Graduate of a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Current CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification for Nurse Anesthetists; Current licensure as a professional registered nurse in the State of Wisconsin, compliance with the state statutory requirements concerning the advanced practice of nursing regarding prescriptive authority APNP; basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric life support and neonatal resuscitation program recognition within department guidelines. Advanced practice nurse prescriber designation.
