Job summary

Northbridge Communities in Westbrook, ME is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aid (CRMA-40hr) to ensure residents receive medications and assist with daily living activities. Active PSS or CNA certification is required, and compassionate care is essential.

You will work rotating shifts with a focus on safety, documentation, and teamwork within the Wellness department. A sign-on bonus is offered for full-time status, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• State competency exam for CRMA-40hr certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by licensed care providers.

• Document observations and updates on residents' conditions for records.
• Follow safety and infection control rules to keep residents healthy.

• 1st Shift - 24hr Sun/Thu/Fri and Thu/Fri/Sat
• 2nd Shift - Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat - both weeks
• 12 Hour Shift - 6p-630a Tue/Wed/Sat and Sun/Tue/Wed
• Mixed PM Shift - 6p-630a Mon/Thu/ 10p-630a Sat and Wed/Fri 6p-630a and 10p-630a Sat

• 1st Shift 6a-230p (Differential Sat/Sun $3.50/hr)
• 2nd Shift 2p-1030p (Differential Mon-Fri $3/hr & Sat/Sun $5/hr)
• 3rd Shift 10p-630a (Differential Mon-Thu $7.50/hr & Fri/Sat/Sun $10/hr)
