We are hiring immediately for a Resident Services Assistant to coordinate care information, manage appointments, and handle medication-related tasks in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active 40-hour CRMA certification.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Provide immunization records for MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• Valid Maine driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required.
• Strong command of English and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of pre-admission resident care information (physician orders, H&P, standing orders).
• Coordinate completion of monthly progress notes and service plan changes.
• Schedule and manage resident medical and other appointments.
• Handle pharmacy orders/reorders and track timely medication provision.
• Notify physician of significant changes in resident status as directed.
• Transcribe physician orders and manage related scheduling and signatures.
• Enter clinical data into software (orders, face sheet, MDS-RCA, service plans).
• Fulfill staff responsibilities to meet service levels as needed.
