Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living in Maine is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our caring team. The role involves administering medications, helping residents with daily activities, and responding to call lights promptly as part of a committed care program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 40-hour Active CRMA Certification required.
• Commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.
• Provide proof of immunization for MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• Strong command of the English language; follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record the administration of medications for residents as prescribed by the practitioner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.).
• Respond to resident call lights promptly.
• Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned.
• Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses.

Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)-40-hour Active CRMA Required

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 for qualified full-time CRMA hires or up to $750 for qualified part-time CRMA hires! The bonus is paid in three installments: $500 after 60 days, $500 after 120 days, and $500 after 180 days of employment for the full-time bonus. The part-time bonus is paid in three installments: $250 after 60days, $250 after 120 days, and $250 after 180 days. Available to full-time hires and part-time employees. Bonus forfeited if employment ends before 180 days.
