Job summary

VEGA Americas in Mason, OH is seeking a CRM Training Specialist to educate users on VEGA CRM App and related software. The role includes traveling to branch offices to train users and support system adoption, as well as testing new functions and reporting on usage data.

You will collaborate with the Global CRM team, maintain CRM configurations, install upgrades, and respond to user inquiries to ensure smooth operations across VEGA's CRM infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college required.
• Six months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains users on software usage and VEGA's CRM App and best practices.
• Travels to branch offices to train and support users.
• Tests software for quality control and new functions.
• Works with Global CRM team on training, development, and troubleshooting of VEGA's CRM.
• Maintains CRM software and user services such as configurations and software applications.
• Collects data sets for internal users and formats reports based on that data.
• Installs and tests software upgrades.
• Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct system operation.
• Responds to the needs and questions of CRM users concerning systems operation, access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.
• Responds to inquiries and diagnoses system software and operator problems; refers major hardware problems to manager; recommends minor remedial actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trains users on software usage and best practices.
• Trains users on VEGA`s CRM App and best practices.
• Travels to branch offices in order to train and support users.
• Test software for quality control and new functions.
• Works with Global CRM team on training, development, and troubleshooting of VEGA`s CRM.
• Maintains CRM software and user services such as configurations and software applications.
• Collects data sets for internal users and formats reports based on that data.
• Installs and tests software upgrades.
• Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct system operation.
• Responds to the needs and questions of CRM users concerning systems operation, access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.
• Responds to inquiries and diagnoses system software, and operator problems. Replaces defective or inadequate software packages. Refers major hardware problems to manager for correction. Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems.
• Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
