Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field of study
• Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
• Ability to build and foster professional business relationships
• Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems
• Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients
• Assist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industries
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions
• Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions
• Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds
• Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem‑solving techniques
• Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact
