Responsibilities

• Participate in analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems.
• Collaborate to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients.
• Assist in business analysis and project management across various industries.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
• Shadow client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions.
• Engage in collaborative projects including sandbox environments and demo builds.
• Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact.
