Wipfli offers a CRM internship with a rotational experience across Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Creatio within the Growth & Collaboration space. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to CRM implementation, and client engagement while developing foundational consulting skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field of study.
• Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems
• Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients
• Assist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industries
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions
• Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions
• Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds
• Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem-solving techniques
• Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact
