The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and exposure to Lean principles, with a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of accounting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and configuration of ERP software systems.
• Stay updated on features for Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Procore, and BC.
• Document project and process requirements.
• Assist in business analysis and project management for software solutions.
• Shadow client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions.
• Engage in sandbox environments and demo builds.
• Participate in internship capstone projects and learning opportunities.
