Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud).
• Experience with integration tools and LMS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud ecosystems.
• Utilize Agentforce AI to develop predictive insights and automate processes.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and RingCentral, Nice InContact, Gravity Forms, Campaign Monitor, and NetSuite.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Document workflows, configurations, and processes; train end-users.
