Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois seeks a CRM Administrator to provide functional and operational support of Salesforce and related systems. You will be the primary resource for day-to-day CRM administration, data validation, and reporting.

You will develop dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources, and collaborate with vendors and teams to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Salesforce Certified Admin Certification (ADM 201) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and operational support of technology software and systems.
• Serve as the primary resource for day-to-day administration of the CRM platform.
• Continuously monitor, clean, and validate data to maintain high standards of data quality.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system and data related issues.
• Deliver end-user support, training and guidance.
• Promote best practices related to data management, reporting, and CRM utilization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports by integrating data from multiple sources.
• Partner with vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication, service delivery and contract compliance.
• Support end-to-end projects, execute activities across the project lifecycle and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Apply solutions and implement proactive strategies to address complex, undefined and ambiguous challenges.
• Collaborate within the team to ensure team-level goal achievement and enable successful adoption and integration of technology solutions.
• Support and facilitate internal and external meetings.
