Job summary

OneCloud Corporation is seeking an Internal Systems Engineer to own the architecture, development, and support of our internal IT infrastructure and CRM platform (Zoho CRM). This role goes beyond administration—you'll design and build custom scripts, automations, and integrations that shape how our CRM actually works, while also keeping our broader systems environment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing/scripting within a CRM platform.
• REST APIs and building CRM integrations with third-party tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration of the CRM platform—users, roles, permissions, data integrity.
• Serve as the internal IT helpdesk point for hardware, software, network issues.
• Maintain Active Directory/Google Workspace, VPN, MDM, and SaaS accounts.
• Write scripts (Zoho Deluge or equivalent) and build CRM integrations via API.
• Design and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Develop CRM reports and dashboards for leadership and revenue teams.
