Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• Salesforce certification.
• 3 years of related experience in marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees data integration, movement, and usage for CRM solution initiatives. Demonstrates proficiency in platform security, data integrity, analytics, and/or data movement.
• Designs, builds, and serves as the project manager for end-to-end delivery of custom applications, journeys, workflow, and data analysis/utilization projects to support CRM solution initiatives.
• Monitors and maintains software platforms. Schedules new features and releases, as well as bug fixes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams in marketing and IT for effective data schema development, data movement and management of policies and practices.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
