Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Database Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver audience files for marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Support campaigns through segmentation, data extraction, and audience targeting
• Conduct QA testing to ensure campaign files and outputs are accurate
• Create dashboards and operational reports using Power BI, Tableau, or related tools
• Monitor campaign schedules and maintain campaign calendars to ensure deadlines are met
• Research and resolve data issues and reporting inquiries
• Securely deliver and archive campaign files for internal and external partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and performance goals
