Job summary

ShiftKey is seeking a data-focused CRM professional to act as the shared-services layer ensuring clean CRM data across SaaS and Marketplace. The role emphasizes improving data hygiene, supporting Salesforce opportunities, and maintaining accurate pipeline metrics from day one.

You will start on-site at our Irving, TX headquarters with a plan to transition to a hybrid schedule after ramp-up, collaborating closely with sales leadership, data functions, and cross-functional teams to reduce friction

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working inside a CRM system, not just logging in.
• Proven ability to handle detail-heavy data accurately, even at high volumes.
• Analytical mindset connecting data quality to business outcomes.
• Tendency to fix root causes rather than patch symptoms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Background in sales support, sales operations, or related business function.

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS quoting and Salesforce opportunity support to free reps from admin tasks.
• Vet leads from campaigns, partners, and inquiries to keep pipeline forecasts accurate.
• Own the Data Integrity Dashboard including auditing, cleaning, and deduplicating data.
