Job summary

City of New York seeks a CRM & Power Platform Data Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support secure data integrations and apps for DOF’s FIT division. You will work on Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and enterprise data solutions to improve customer experience and revenue insights.

The role requires a formal civil service title or eligibility for change, with remote work up to 2 days per week under the pilot program. A strong background in data integration and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have permanent civil service title or be eligible for a title change; include employee identification number when applying.
• Master's degree in computer science with 3+ years of IT experience including applications and systems development, data communications, networking, databases, data processing, or user services.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience as described above.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience with at least 3 years in administrative, managerial, or supervisory roles.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable if it includes at least a four-year high school diploma and the required supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design, develop, and support secure data apps and integrations.
• Leverage CRM and Power Platform to build robust data integrations and apps.
• Develop enterprise data interfaces reusable for future needs and reduce dev costs.
• Create and maintain Dynamics data exchanges with systems of record and SharePoint for storage.
• Create custom reports using SSRS or similar technology and document solutions.
