Bible League International seeks a CRM Platform Manager to lead strategic administration, development, and continuous improvement of our CRM to support operations and mission delivery. This role partners with leaders across departments to define requirements, drive upgrades, and ensure adoption of scalable solutions.

As a functional leader without direct supervisory duties, you will govern CRM standards, manage integrations via APIs, and coordinate change management, training, and documentation

Qualifications

• Must be a Christian and align with our statement of faith.
• Five+ years of CRM administration/optimization experience, preferably in nonprofit.
• Experience with Virtuous or similar enterprise CRM systems.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and technology solutions.
• Experience managing CRM enhancements, implementations, upgrades, or cross-functional tech projects.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data governance, SQL, reporting tools, and data visualization.
• Experience designing system integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Experience developing user training, documentation, and change management resources.
• Strong CRM governance including access controls and security.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead business process improvement and CRM-driven automation projects.
• Coordinate CRM enhancement requests and oversee end-to-end implementation and user adoption.
• Develop change management plans and training materials for new CRM functionality.
• Monitor usage, performance, and user experience to identify improvements.
