ASG, Advanced Systems Group, a division of Jergens, seeks an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth, optimize CRM usage, and support an international customer base.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, collaborating with distributors and reps, and maintaining CRM data integrity. The role emphasizes ownership mentality, attention to detail, and ERP/CRM experience, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or sales support in a B2B environment.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) with data hygiene and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and website.
• Identify and cultivate sales opportunities with outside sales, reps, and distributors.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to customers, reps, and distributors.
• Maintain and improve CRM data integrity, workflows, and reporting.
• Coordinate sales enablement with marketing and outside sales; support commissions accuracy.
