Position Overview
The CRM Manager/Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of Summit Leadership. This position helps ensure our mission is carried out effectively by providing dependable administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with internal coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by supporting a mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Donor Data Management
- Manage and maintain donor, partner, and constituent records in the Bloomerang and Velocity360 CRM systems.
- Enter, update, and track data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate strategic reports, lists, and data exports as needed.
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy across all records.
- Administrative & Office Support
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Schedule front desk volunteers as needed.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and leadership.
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and assist with follow-up tasks.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support internal communication and general office coordination.
- Nonprofit Operations & Support
- Assist with administrative tasks related to fundraising, events, and programs.
- Support donor acknowledgments, mailings, and general communications.
- Coordinate office supplies and assist with operational needs.
- Provide general support that contributes to the overall effectiveness of the organization.
Qualifications
- Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic office technology (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred
- Prior administrative or office support experience.
- Experience working in a nonprofit environment.
- Experience using Bloomerang CRM or a similar donor management system.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM, one-hour lunch period.
- On-site role.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000–$45,000 annually, based on experience.
