LaSalle Network seeks a CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the U.S. customer retention strategy from the ground up, shaping segmentation, first-party data growth, and lifecycle programs across email and SMS with rigorous measurement.
You will drive engagement, retention and lifetime value, connect CRM activity to purchases, and collaborate with marketing, analytics and sales teams in a hybrid role with strong benefits.
Our client is hiring a CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and own its U.S. customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategy. This is a brand-new role with the opportunity to create the program from the ground up - from customer segmentation and first-party data growth to email/SMS, personalization, automation, and measurement. Our client has a strong consumer brand presence and demand generation engine, but the next opportunity is figuring out how to stay connected with customers after initial engagement and drive retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
This isn't a role where you're inheriting a mature CRM machine and simply keeping it running. This is an opportunity for the brand to build a much stronger first‑party customer ecosystem in the U.S., and this person will have significant ownership over what gets built, how customers are segmented, what technology is used, and how success is measured.
This is a direct hire position that offers health, dental and vision benefits, along with a competitive 401k package.
This role will offer a salary range of $120,000-$135,000 base with eligibility to earn a 12% bonus.
This is a hybrid schedule, 3 days in-office in the northern suburbs of Illinois.
LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
