Job summary

Glass Roots Construction (GRC) seeks an Enterprise Systems Engineer to architect and evolve our Zoho-based ecosystem, focusing on CRM and Projects. You will implement Deluge scripts, integrate APIs, and build automated data pipelines to support field operations and project teams.

You will join a small but growing team, replacing aging forms, unifying disparate workflows, and delivering scalable reporting as the company expands. Growth opportunities exist as the Enterprise Systems function scales.

Qualifications

3+ years building and administering business apps on Zoho platform.
Experience with Zoho CRM and Projects; hands-on in Creator, Analytics, DataPrep, Desk.
Experience building API integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks) between Zoho and third parties.
Hands-on data transformation/pipeline work in Zoho DataPrep or ETL tools.
Strong problem solving and process automation focus.
Ability to create clear technical docs and system diagrams.
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate tech to non-tech users.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain custom Zoho applications and workflows, focusing on CRM and Projects.
Build, test, and deploy REST API integrations and connectors between internal platforms and third-party systems.
Use Zoho DataPrep and Zoho Analytics to cleanse, transform, and route data for reporting.
Identify and automate manual processes across departments to improve efficiency.
Configure Zoho Projects and Zoho Desk to track deliverables, resources, and tickets.
Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate to scalable implementations.
Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot, and fix bugs across platforms.
Maintain thorough technical docs, architectures, and API specs.
