Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. is seeking an experienced CRM Integration Architect III for a contract role in Madison, Wisconsin. Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce design, MuleSoft integration, and cloud architecture while guiding remote teams and shaping data governance and AI-enabled engagement strategies.

You will drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions across multiple clouds and customer channels.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years Salesforce platform architecture and development experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Integration Patterns, and Security Model.
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, APIs, RAML, Data Weave, and integration orchestration.
  • Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agentforce architecture, conversational AI, and automation workflows.
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and enterprise integration standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across Clouds and custom platform solutions.
  • Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives, integration architecture, and enterprise data exchange strategies.
  • Design and optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and omnichannel workflows.
  • Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide architectural oversight for CI/CD, DevSecOps, deployment governance, and environment management.
  • Map and transfer legacy systems functions to Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Define integration patterns, security standards, and platform best practices.
  • Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Document technical architecture, system diagrams, interface specifications, and operational runbooks.
  • Guide remote teams and contractors; conduct technical reviews and mentoring.
  • Participate in backlog grooming and effort sizing.
  • Provide backup support for developers on advanced coding issues as needed.
  • Assist with release management and DevSecOps pipeline building.
  • Support data decisions and data governance for AI and non-AI applications.
  • Contribute to enterprise digital transformation and customer engagement modernization initiatives.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Integration Architect III for a contract position based in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a 6+ month engagement requiring hands-on technical leadership in enterprise-scale solution design, integration strategy, and cloud architecture. You will lead digital transformation and customer engagement modernization initiatives, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across the organization.

    • Experience supporting Agile and DevSecOps delivery methodologies.
