Job summary

Medtronic seeks a committed professional to lead regional education and training activities in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM). The role is remote but requires residency within the territory and frequent travel to accounts, supported by a valid driver’s license.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for regional performance improvements and provide clinical and technical education across CRM products and therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years in electrophysiology or sales/service in CRM or implantable devices.
• Advanced Degree in engineering or nursing acceptable.
• IBHRE certification required at Senior/Principal level where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education and training for CRM procedures and launches.
• Train internal teams and external customers on CRM products and processes.
• Provide expert service at key accounts and articulate value of Medtronic solutions.
