Qualifications

• 3–5+ years coding responsive, table‑based HTML/CSS for email with cross‑client QA and brand stewardship.
• Deep familiarity with inline CSS, Outlook quirks and fluid/mobile‑first techniques.
• ESP proficiency in platforms such as Zeta, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Dynamic content scripting (AMPscript, Liquid; Velocity optional) with strong QA discipline (Litmus).
• Collaborative, multi‑project work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy high‑quality, responsive email campaigns across 50+ clients and devices.
• Design & hand‑code table‑based, inline‑styled HTML/CSS emails using mobile‑first approaches.
• Test and QA at scale with Litmus; validate links, images, and tracking before launches.
• Personalize at scale with dynamic content and scripting (Liquid; AMPscript); set up automations.
• Translate briefs into intuitive, on‑brand visual hierarchies to guide CTAs.
• Maintain modular design systems with reusable templates for speed and consistency.
• Collaborate with product, legal, CX, data science and other teams; monitor performance.
