Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a CRM Developer to lead analysis, architecture, design, development, and enhancement of scalable, secure CRM solutions within Health Plan payer environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or comparable CRM) and integrating CRM systems with enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms.
• Hands-on with CRM extensions, plugins, workflows and integrations.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM solutions in Health Plan payer environments.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and data interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for multiple domains in payer environments.
• Develop and customize CRM solutions using C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable API integrations (REST/SOAP) between CRM and enterprise apps.
• Lead system integrations leveraging Azure services to enable interoperability and automation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automated deployments.
