Job summary

Indiana Landmarks seeks a Database & Systems Associate to oversee its CRM and constituent data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and effective data use across Development, Marketing, Membership, and Finance. The role provides reporting, list management, data maintenance, and technical support to multiple staff teams.

Primary duties include system administration, data exports, and project participation in implementation and integration efforts, with a focus on fundraising, membership, and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in database and CRM management.
• Experience with Foundant, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud or similar CRMs.
• Strong data integrity, reporting, and data export capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer CRM and constituent management systems; ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and data exports to support fundraising and operations.
• Maintain data hygiene, duplicates, and audits; provide staff training on data practices.
• Support system integrations, migrations, and vendor communications as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to enable data-driven decision making.
