Job summary

Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation seeks an accomplished product leader to own data-centric CRM activation capabilities in the US CRM ecosystem. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, manage a prioritized backlog, and drive agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role partners with business and IT to ensure governance and privacy compliance while shaping platform-wide decisions and data models to enable scalable customer activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and related CRM architectures is essential.
• Deep CRM domain understanding across Sales, Marketing and Service.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a defined data-centric product area from discovery to release and maintenance.
• Prioritize backlog with leadership based on capacity and strategic alignment.
• Lead a scrum team through sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with CRM product managers, architecture, analytics, and compliance stakeholders.
• Represent data activation needs in platform planning and ensure coherent decisions.
• Support data modeling and harmonization with data engineers and architects.
• Define and validate data models, ingestion flows, and activation strategies.
• Enable activation through segments, insights, and data-driven decisions.
