Responsibilities

• Create tailored contact lists to support campaigns (email, outbound, direct mail).
• Produce client-ready reports with charts, graphs, and clear visual insights.
• Perform ongoing CRM/database maintenance to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Conduct data cleansing, deduplication, and validation.
• Support inbox queries, assist with user account setup, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the database.
