Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is hiring a CRM Database & Content Specialist to manage marketing data and content systems. This role ensures the accuracy and quality of our CRM and marketing database, assisting business development efforts. You will collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and produce technical marketing content. Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, at least 3 years of CRM management experience, and strong communication skills. A flexible work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing CRM systems or other databases.
• Strong technical writing and editing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and update all project, client, and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Draft and refine project descriptions, resumes, and other technical marketing content for proposals.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in data processes and propose solutions.
