Job Description
An experienced Senior Dynamics 365 (CRM) Technical Lead responsible for the implementation and support of our Dynamics 365 application. This varied role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing, implementing, installing, configuring, administering, upgrading, and providing technical support to ensure application efficiency and stability. The role requires a good understanding of software architecture and collaboration with Business Analysts, Project Managers, developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to support the overall application portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in technical design and architecture sessions with the business.
  • Architect and improve the Dynamics 365 system, including customizations, workflows, integrations, and reports.
  • Advise the business on best practices for Dynamics 365, development, and integration processes.
  • Write technical specifications and create data migration and integration mappings.
  • Coordinate with overseas development teams and facilitate project deployment.
  • Build forms, screens, views, workflows, and reports based on business needs.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and project managers about project status and issues.
  • Estimate task completion times and obtain stakeholder approval.
  • Participate in design and architecture sessions with consultants.
  • Share updates on Dynamics 365 and related technologies with the team.
  • Support post-go-live system settings and troubleshoot issues.
  • Debug plugins (C#) and JavaScript.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Passion for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies, with familiarity in Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in analyzing, designing, implementing, and rolling out CRM Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Extensive experience customizing and developing complex Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple environments.
  • Deep knowledge of customization tools, including PCF (Power Apps Component Framework).
  • Experience integrating D365 CE with systems using Power Automate, PowerApps, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Skills in developing workflows, plugins, Azure processes, and client-side code using C# and JavaScript, and migrating data using DevOps tools.
  • Ability to document application management procedures, including installation, upgrades, patches, and support, following best practices.
