This role focuses on project management from concept through delivery, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand standards and customer experience goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, especially in CRM or customer communications.
• Ability to manage customer communication projects from start to finish.
• Experience with emails, direct mail pieces, messages on customer bills, and materials that support the sales team.
• Write and develop creative briefs that guide agency partners through campaign development.
• Experience working with advertising agencies or external agencies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding Subscription based services.
• Telecom experience.
