Omni Home Services is seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist to own GoHighLevel across the family of companies. You will partner with leadership to turn business goals into CRM solutions that improve communication, opportunities, and the customer journey.
This role goes beyond maintenance; you will build, optimize, and expand automations, campaigns, and reporting, helping teams share information effectively and grow the business.
Omni Home Services is a growing organization built around a portfolio of home service companies, including home inspections, pest control, radon services, roofing and exteriors, and real estate services.
While each company has its own teams, customers, and markets, we believe our biggest opportunities come from working together - sharing resources, creating better customer experiences, and building systems that help every company grow.
We recently implemented GoHighLevel across the organization, and we are looking for someone to take ownership of making it a powerful tool for our teams.
This role is not about simply maintaining a CRM.
It is about building, improving, and optimizing the systems that help our companies communicate better, convert more opportunities, and create a better customer journey.
The CRM & Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding GoHighLevel across Omni Home Services and its family of companies.
You will work directly with leadership and department teams to understand business goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and build CRM solutions that support growth.
Some projects may involve creating marketing campaigns. Others may involve automations, customer journeys, pipeline improvements, integrations, reporting, or finding better ways for teams to share information.
You will become the internal GoHighLevel resource - the person teams rely on when they need help creating something new, improving a process, troubleshooting an issue, or replacing manual work with smarter systems.
You naturally think in systems.
When someone explains a complicated process, you immediately start thinking about the steps, triggers, data, and outcomes needed to make it work better.
You enjoy solving problems.
You can work with technical systems but also communicate clearly with people who may not understand CRM terminology or automation.
You ask questions before building.
You understand that the best system is not always the most complicated one. You focus on creating solutions that are simple, effective, and improve the business.
You take ownership.
When something is not working, your first instinct is to investigate, understand the problem, and find a solution.
Preferred experience:
After 12 months, success in this role means:
We are looking for someone who understands that CRM is not just software.
It is the system that connects our teams, our customers, and our growth.
