Omni Home Services is seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist to own GoHighLevel across the family of companies. You will partner with leadership to turn business goals into CRM solutions that improve communication, opportunities, and the customer journey.

This role goes beyond maintenance; you will build, optimize, and expand automations, campaigns, and reporting, helping teams share information effectively and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing GoHighLevel systems.
• Experience designing workflows, pipelines, and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM data organization and lead management.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing systems.
• Excellent communication with non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Omni's GoHighLevel account and sub-accounts.
• Build pipelines, workflows, automations, templates, forms.
• Maintain a clean, scalable CRM environment.
• Create user-friendly systems for teams.
• Develop email and SMS campaigns.
• Create lead nurture and follow-up sequences.
• Develop reactivation campaigns and reminders.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve workflows.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate across Omni's companies to improve customer journeys.
• Provide internal GoHighLevel support and training.
• Create documentation and training resources.
