Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple CRM platforms.
• Agency or consulting background serving multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CRM setups tailored to each client's sales process.
• Audit client CRMs to fix data hygiene, broken automations, and workflow gaps.
• Lead recurring client office hours and 1:1 sessions coaching client teams on CRM usage, adoption, and best practices.
• Document standard operating procedures and quick-reference guides clients can use.
• Stay current on major CRM platforms relevant to the client base.
