Job description

Job description: We are looking for a highly motivated, driven, and organized individual with a passion for email marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven storytelling. The CRM & Email Marketing Manager will play a key role in owning InGenius Prep’s email marketing strategy and CRM performance. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience segmenting lists and creating compelling copy that drives results. If you are an experienced email marketer who thrives in a fast-paced remote team, this is the position for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-performing email campaigns across newsletters, promotions, and lifecycle funnels
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement history
  • Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies to optimize customer journey
  • Manage and optimize automated workflows (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, etc.) within our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Develop and create strategic email content aligned with our brand tone and conversion goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribes, etc.) and adjust accordingly
  • Maintain CRM health by ensuring contact hygiene, accurate tagging, and lead scoring
  • Report on email performance weekly and provide actionable insights
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved engagement
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject liens, content, and send time for continued optimization
  • Ensure compliance with all email regulations - and stay up to date with new rollouts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater
  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and CRM management
  • Experience with Hubspot (preferred) or similar CRM platforms
  • Must be an excellent writer with a strong grasp on brand-aligned email copy
  • Must be a hard worker with strong initiative
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Must be data-driven
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote team environment
  • Bonus if you have experience with multi-channel lifecycle marketing (ie. SMS push)

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience
