Position Summary :

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that drive growth and support the company’s overall goals. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across the entire marketing funnel. The Growth Marketing Manager leads and executes marketing efforts, including advertising, digital media, email marketing, and account-based marketing. This role further supports business development by promoting the company’s products and services, coordinating educational events and seminars, and establishing a strategic direction for all marketing initiatives.

At this time, candidates who would work in the following states will not be considered for this role : VT, RI, NY, NJ, NH, MI, ME, MA, DE, CO, CT, CA, and AZ.

Essential Functions :

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company growth goals, targeting specific personas in our market. Own B2B SaaS campaign strategy from top to bottom of the funnel across digital, content, events and ABM. Plan, build and execute lead generation campaigns using channels like email, paid media, webinars, social media, and events. Optimize the marketing funnel to drive MQLs and SQLs that convert to pipeline and revenue. Use marketing automation, CRM and analytic tools to execute and track campaigns. Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance analytics and market feedback. In conjunction with subject matter experts, develop compelling content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts. Write, edit, and revise content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials. Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Product and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Support product with messaging frameworks and product launch materials. Support sales and channel partners with sales enablement materials. Oversee relationships with external vendors such as agencies, designers and developers. Support the development and tracking of the marketing budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

Proven experience in marketing and demand generation, with a focus on SaaS and B2B in tech startups or fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments Strong understanding of marketing strategy, content marketing, digital communications, campaign management, and channel growth Proficient with direct and email marketing strategies and tactics, campaign ROI tracking, KPI setting, and analysis Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and organization Strong understanding of RevOps, including lead scoring, attribution, funnel analytics, and cross-functional alignment Proficient in design and digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and web platforms such as CMS, email marketing tools, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) Comfortable working under pressure and in rapidly changing environments; flexible and highly responsive Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences Self-starter who can work independently and lead collaborative efforts, including managing freelancers or external vendors Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization and managing diverse stakeholder needs

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in related discipline. 5-7 years of experience in similar field.
