The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Salesforce reporting and analytics, strong SQL/SOQL, and experience with CRM Analytics and Tableau. Excellent communication and governance skills are essential to ensure secure, accurate data

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring and managing reporting tools in Salesforce.
• Deep expertise with joined reports, bucket fields, and conditional formatting.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into data metrics and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Report & Dashboard Design: Build and maintain complex Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define metric and reporting needs.
• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reports.
• Performance Optimization: Improve slow or redundant reports and formulas.
• Access Management: Configure folders, sharing settings, and dynamic dashboard visibility.
• Advanced Analytics Integration: Connect Salesforce data to external BI tools when needed.
