Job summary

BMW of North America invites applications for an Intern, CRM role supporting Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The internship runs January 11, 2027 to May 14, 2027, with hybrid work and 20–29 hours per week.

You will analyze CRM data, maintain data quality in Salesforce, and craft insights and presentations for stakeholders. The role emphasizes Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, strong analytics, and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at application time.
• Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week).
• Submit unofficial college transcript with application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality, data entry and enrichment in Salesforce.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
• Sustain and develop CRM performance dashboards.
• Support lead conversion by reviewing lead progression and planning.
• Create PowerPoint presentations on event results and insights.
• Support a strategic email calendar integrating regional events and launches.
• Conduct research and support CRM best practices.
